MultiLingualGuide – Your personal guide in many languages

MultiLingualGuide, short M L G, is an innovative system that opens culture and art for everyone. There are no language barriers and no technological barriers. Our goal is to make knowledge accessible for tourists from all over the world. The system is also dedicated to seniors, blind people, visually impaired people and people with dyslexia.

M L G works without installing applications, without logging in and without limitations. You only need to scan a QR code to get instant access to the content on a phone, tablet or computer.

Part one – accessible version of descriptions

This part of the system was created for people who need clear and detailed explanations.

  1. Descriptions adapted to needs. The content is detailed and shows elements that may be obvious for healthy viewers but difficult to notice for others.
  2. Comfortable readability. The text can be enlarged or reduced using the buttons A plus and A minus.
  3. No applications and no barriers. The content opens automatically in every browser.
  4. Multimedia. Every description is available as text and as an audio recording. The recordings can be listened to on personal headphones or speakers.
  5. Translations into more than 70 languages. The system is universal and constantly developed.
  6. Easy navigation. You can move between objects using arrows without scanning the codes again.
  7. Editability. The museum or institution can add, remove and correct the content by itself.

Part two – faithful transcriptions

The second part of the system is a direct reproduction of materials prepared by the museum, gallery or event organizer.

  1. Official content. Exact object descriptions created by curators and staff of the institution.
  2. Flexibility for visitors. Access in the native language without additional interpretations.
  3. Full consistency. Other functions work the same as in part one.

  6. Q R code engraving (price depends on quantity)

Price:

from 20 Polish zloty per object (Q R) per month, depending on the number of objects in the institution.

Option Two – Local Version for Municipal Infrastructure

A compact variant designed for city infrastructure, small exhibitions, local galleries, parks, and non-tourist sites that require clarity and accessibility without an extensive number of languages.

Includes (the same features as Option One):

  1. 15 most popular languages
  2. Simplified versions for seniors and people with cognitive difficulties
  3. Multimedia elements
  4. One-to-one, faithful curator transcriptions
  5. Professional translations and T T S narration
  6. Q R code engraving (price depends on quantity)

Price:

from 10 Polish zloty per object (Q R) per month, depending on the number and specification of objects.

Both plans include:

  1. Full 24-hour, 7-day-a-week service and technical support
  2. Updates, maintenance and hosting
  3. Preparation of accessible content (T T S, simplified versions, enlarged font)

All service is fully included in the subscription.

There are no additional or hidden costs — ever.

The client will never pay anything extra for support, repairs, fixes or maintenance.

Full service is permanently included in the subscription price.
